 Features: Fixed a bug that caused crashes for certain images that had non-integer width or height.
           Clicking the 'Cancel' button will reset the AU views before running new images/video (dynamic range and stored data).
           Fixed the tooltips on the CERT 1 AU's.
           Added support for a new type of plugin (MLR) that runs after all of the other (SVM) AU detectors and does some kind of post-processing. Changes also included keeping intermediate AU data (Gabor frequency data) and passing that along to the new plugin type.
           For the NRL release I disabled the Feature Detector.
