For CERT LFI we wish to put in some emotion weights for CERT4_4 as place holders for the next CERT system with spatio-temporal Gabors, so that the Canadians can extend their happy-angry maze in the meantime. It needs to be a 2-stage process. The attached file has 2 variables Wemo 19X7 A set of weights that piggyback on CERT4_4 au outputs. aulist 19 A list of which AUs are inputs to the weight matrix. The conversion is just linear: emotions=[CERT4_4 outputs for aulist in numerical order]*Wemo The emotion channels are anger,disgust,fear,happy,sad surprised neutral There is no softmax conversion. I will see how the GUI works, and run on a couple of types of data before figuring out the softmax parameters. This is the second (optional) phase.
